Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This page explains which ones we use, what they do, and how to control them.

We keep this short because we use very little. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing pixels. If that changes, this page changes with it, and we will ask for your consent first.

1. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These make the site work. They cannot be switched off, and they do not require your consent because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics and marketing

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media cookies on this website. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent through a banner before any are set, and you will be able to change your mind at any time.

2. Other technologies

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. This does not set a cookie, but it does mean your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads, so that the font can be delivered. Google's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

The Wellbeing Maturity Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in the page's memory while you complete it and are not written to a cookie or stored on your device. They reach us only when you submit the form.

3. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, and most let you block third-party cookies while keeping the ones a site needs to function. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working, including forms.
