The 90-Day Workplace Wellbeing Pilot

Not an assessment exercise. Not a consultancy report. The full MySafeWellbeing platform, running live in your organisation, with your people — for one quarter.

By day 90 you will know what is creating strain, where intervention is needed, and what to prioritise next.

90 days
One quarter, start to decision
All three layers
Insight, care and manager practice
Every employee
Not a sample group
Founder-led
Onboarding and review

What you hold at day 90

Three tangible things — yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us.

An executive conditions report

Board-ready: where pressure sits by function, how it moved over the quarter, participation levels, and what the evidence supports doing about it.

A 6–12 month action plan

Specific, sequenced interventions tied to the conditions actually under strain in your organisation — not a generic wellbeing calendar.

Evidence you are managing psychosocial risk

Documentation aligned to ISO 45003 and the HSE Management Standards, showing assessment, action and review.

What we need from you

A pilot works when both sides are honest about the effort. Ours is most of it — but not all of it.

From your organisation

A named sponsor in HR or People, roughly two hours a month
Permission to communicate directly with employees
Line managers willing to try the practice tool
Openness to what the conditions data shows, including about leadership

Honest limits

Ninety days shows direction and pressure points — not proof that conditions have permanently changed
Organisations under 50 people may not reach anonymity thresholds for team-level reporting
We cannot fix conditions your leadership is unwilling to change

Pricing

The pilot is a fixed fee agreed before you start. What follows is an annual platform subscription, shaped to your organisation rather than sold from a rate card.

What determines your price

Employee population · number of manager licences · reporting requirements · number of business units · clinical or coaching hours included · level of implementation support. We agree all six at your Workplace Wellbeing Review, so the figure you receive is the figure you pay.

Questions employers ask

Can employees be identified from the data?

No. Responses are anonymous and aggregated, and no group is reported below a minimum size. You see conditions across teams and functions — never an individual’s answers, their use of support, or anything clinical.

What if participation is low?

Participation is itself a finding, and usually a Fairness or Community signal worth discussing. We track it openly from week one and work with your sponsor on communication rather than quietly reporting on a thin sample.

Is this an EAP replacement?

It can be, and several employers use it that way. The difference is that an EAP supports individuals and stops there; this also diagnoses the workplace conditions creating the demand, and equips managers to change them.

What happens to our data if we don’t continue?

Your reports are yours to keep. Employee data is handled under UK GDPR, and clinical records remain confidential to the individual and their clinician regardless of whether your organisation continues.

Do we have to commit to a subscription first?

No. The pilot is deliberately a standalone purchase with a defined end. The subscription recommendation arrives at day 90, with the evidence attached — you decide then.

Start with a conversation, not a contract

A 45-minute Workplace Wellbeing Review will tell you whether a pilot is the right move — and you leave with a one-page snapshot of your likely exposure areas either way.
